What the weekend is
Day 1: Business and Growth Stage
Day 1 is the business day and it is deliberately non-technical: how you price, how enquiries turn into bookings, how clients find you, and how you build income that does not depend on you being behind the chair every day.
Day 2: QN PMU Master Stage
Day 2 is the QN Master Stage, where invited artists teach advanced technique alongside live artistry, with the theory and the decision-making shown rather than skipped.
Day 2: QN Live Demonstration Zone
Close enough to watch the hands work. The disciplines we expect to feature include brows, lips, eyeliner, fine-line, medical and restorative work, and correction and removal. Final line-up is confirmed as demonstrators are booked.
All weekend: the QN Marketplace
Pigments, needles, cartridges, machines, tattoo stations, jewellery and piercing, laser and clinic technology. Try the kit before you spend four figures on it, and pick up the launches and event pricing while you are there.

The night the whole room comes back together
Two days of specialist programmes split the room. The Gala puts it back together. Meet and greet, welcome drinks and dinner, then the Queen’s Night UK and Ireland Awards, with the whole community in one place.
It is the part people talk about for the rest of the year, and on this page it is a £100 step from £495 to £595.

Who this weekend is for
- PMU artists running their own studio or clinic who want the business side to catch up with the artistry.
- Established artists adding advanced technique, medical and restorative work, or a second income stream.
- Artists who have been working alone and want two days inside a room of people doing the same job.
Day 1 works whether you do PMU, medical tattoo, fine-line or run a clinic.
Who it is not for. This is not a beginner foundation course. Day 1 is deliberately non-technical, and Day 2 assumes you are already working on clients.
Sessions and speakers for 2027 are being booked now. We publish each one as it is confirmed, and your ticket covers the full programme whatever the final line-up is. Full timings are published once the venue schedule is finalised.
Questions before you book
Early Bird runs until Monday 2 November 2026 at 23:59 UK time. After that, tickets move to £595 and £695.
The two stages, the Live Demonstration Zone, the Marketplace and the Gala are confirmed. Individual sessions and speakers are being booked now, and we publish each one as it is locked in. Your ticket covers the full programme whatever the final line-up is.
Full timings are published once the venue schedule is finalised.
The 2-Day QN PMU Event covers both days: the Business and Growth Stage on Day 1, the QN PMU Master Stage and the Live Demonstration Zone on Day 2, and the QN Marketplace across both days.
The Full QN PMU Experience adds the Queen’s Night Gala and Awards: welcome drinks, dinner and the awards evening.
Travel and accommodation. All ticket prices include VAT. A VAT invoice is issued automatically with your order confirmation.
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. Tell us the new attendee’s name and email at least 14 days before the event and we will move the booking across at no charge.
Transfers close on 17 September 2027.

Start and finish times are confirmed nearer the event. Both days are full days, so plan your travel on that basis.
Yes. Additional Gala tickets are £150 and your guest does not need a daytime ticket. Partners, family, team members and anyone who has put up with your year are welcome.
